Is there a Quickbase partner who can help me with a Dispatch Board?

We are a janitorial company with a Quickbase app that tracks our customers, cleaning specs, service schedule, billing amounts, subcontractors (and all their related info), work orders, ticketing system for projects/issues among other items.  I have been trying to create a "Dispatch Board" (see ServiceCEO.com Dispatch Board tab on their Product Tour).  I really like the functionality of that program but it would duplicate most of the info already in Quickbase.  Does anyone have a product that does something similar that would synchronize with our app rather than run parallel to it?

    We made this gantt chart add on to help manage projects similar to the gantt chart showed on serviceCEO.

    Is this kind of thing what you are looking for?  (see image)

    Terri,
    We have done projects similar to this one.  The client closest to what you are looking for was a gardening service. Dispatching teams or individual's on regular schedules or on demand.
    So it can be done within you current application.
