Is there a way to create an exact form that displays results of a query without generating the header each time? If so how? Changing "rid" to "qid" isn't the answer.

I'm very new to the QuickBase World and I really think there's so much potential here but with so little time! I'm trying to generate a way to automate monthly reports by generating exact forms to populate the results shown on a summary report or a filtered table or even a graph.

I have a summary report that shows all the results of any open projects and their current status. (i.e. anything projects where status is still open).

Is this possible? and how would i go about to do this?

Hello Coreen,

The Exact form is rather limited with dynamic Reporting or Summary reports. While you could have qid switched or update the filter on the report each time, this is not efficient.

To have more capabilities, you should consider Exact Form Plus! That would allow for more automation on generating reports based on other filtered reports.

This should help get you in the right direction.
