Here is the cURL I put in the formula:

curl --get '' --data 'count=5000&cursor=-1&screen_name=andypiper' --header 'Authorization: OAuth oauth_consumer_key="JIoZNdvIBSJFhKB2n0ATzphHB", oauth_nonce="f986d04dafa52a3cb857329134e8a7dc", oauth_signature="76BRkHqK3nElBKnLLpUadZD3xgY%3D", oauth_signature_method="HMAC-SHA1", oauth_timestamp="1461972905", oauth_token="719981622544609280-hvNykU2CdG9jZNqwQnVyUyJEP4cTeJh", oauth_version="1.0"' --verbose

It keeps giving me general non-descript errors, like extra characters at the end of formula. When I looked that up, it just means it can't tell me what is wrong.

You are attempting to enter a shell command (curl) into a QuickBase formula function definition and expecting that command to execute. This has as much chance of working as entering your brownie recipe into a QuickBase formula function definition and expecting editable brownies to come out. Speaking of brownies I think I am going to whip up a batch for breakfast ...
