I am attempting to create a fairly complex system that will include multiple applications. I need to create relationships that depend on certain values. This will happen within many of the apps and between some of the apps.

My first issue is; I have an app that includes all of my clients. Within that app, I have checkboxes for the service that I provide for them. Those values are:

Quality Management

Safety

HR

Marine

Medical

Then I have separate apps for each one of those services. I only want the clients that have any one or series of boxes checked to be related with that applicable app. If quality is checked, then relate to quality app. If Safety isn't checked, then the client is not related to the safety app. Is this possible, and what would be some steps to get me going in that direction? Any help would be appreciated.

So I assume that Client is the Parent and the other apps are the Child in the Relationship. You may want to consider having it all be one app with the services being Tables.

It sounds like all you are trying to do is that when creating a service record, such as Quality, you want to limit the choices available when selecting a Parent. To do that, make a report of all Customers checkboxed for Quality. Then in your child Quality form for Related Clent, have the form use that report.
