For example a field labeled Passcode and a master passcode field default value of Blue and they type Blue in Passcode it will allow them to edit the remaining fields on the form. If they entered Red it doesn't match therefore they can't see or edit the remaining fields on the form?  This is in the case the users have the same role access because we can't distinguish them from each other (not direct license users)

You can use dynamic form rules to hide/show different fields, or make them read-only - depending on the value entered into [Passcode].  (This is assuming your account is Premier and above.  Essential does not have access to dynamic form rules).

e.g.

When [Passcode] = "Blue"

Show = [Section to be edited]

or

When [Passcode] = "Blue"

Make read-only [Field 1]

Make read-only [Field 2]

etc.
