Disabling links in emails

Hello,

I have a requirement to share reporting with clients, who will not be QB users. I set up a report subscription. I have two questions:

- Is there a way to not include the 'Click here to see this report in QB' link

- Is there a way to disable links in a summary report when emailed, and just show the data

Basically I don't want the recipients to have any opportunity to click through the email and get to the QB login screen.

Hello Heather,

So unfortunately, there is Not a way to exclude the "Click Here" link as it is embedded on the back end of the email. Nor disable the links. As long as the Non-QB users don't have access based on the Everyone On The Internet role, they cannot access the QuickBase App.

This would be an enhancement request, which must go through User Voice.

User Voice is a new feature in QuickBase that allows users to submit their new feature requests, as well as vote on previously submitted ideas by other users.

You can access User Voice from your "My Apps" page, and then clicking the orange feedback button from the left hand side of the screen.  You can also access User Voice by clicking the following link:

I delete it in the email and it works fine
