Hi Team,

I have created a formula user field in which I have put some condition based on the country.

But when I create a reminder the list does not show the formula User field.

Any ideas?

You may want to create a hard data field that is a user type field. Then, in your form rules, move the value of the name captured in the formula to the hard data field. Your Reminder should then select the hard data field.

I'm assuming you are using a formula-user field because often times a change on a different table, may affect the user in the formula.  If so, form rules would not work.

If they don't work in this case, try creating a report that filters by the current user, then set a subscription report to send out that report to the roles needed.

Just an alternative idea, but your use case (or other reading this) will dictate the route.
