How do I insert an unchanging PDF into a form, for every new record to view?

I am creating a database of all of our companies visitors. The idea is that a new visitor would input a new record for themselves into our Visitor Log Table. I would like to require anyone creating a new record in the form to read a PDF of our company's Good Manufacturing Practices. I imagine the best way to have a document embedded into my "New Visitor Form", but am not sure how to do this. Thank you!

The best solution for this is to create a table in your application where you can store file attachments which can then be accessed across your application using formula-text fields.

1.  Create your new table

2.  Create a File Attachment type field ([File])

3.  Create a Text type field ([Name])

4.  Upload your PDF document into the first record

5.  Display the record

6.  Right-click on the hyperlink of the uploaded file and copy this to your clipboard / copy link address

7.  In the table where you want this document to be downloadable from every record, create a Formula-URL type field ([Download XXX Document])

8.  Paste your copied hyperlink into the formula and surround it with double quotes ("https://....") on both ends

9.  Add your [Download XX Document] field to your Form, turn off the Field Label (unless you want it) and let the Formula URL display the Text that you put in the "Link Text" area of the formula field.
