Is this still not possible?   I don't mind the App name printing out, but I want to get rid of the table name and report name from the reports.  Further, the report name shows twice.  Not sure why.

Hi Robin,

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to remove the app or table name, or the second line which re-states the report name from a report printout. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the nature of your question, this would be considered an enhancement request rather.  We appreciate and value all customer input, and in order to make sure your request is heard, we'd like you to submit it through the best channel.  At this time, all enhancement requests go through User Voice.  User Voice allows users to submit their QuickBase new feature requests, as well as vote on previously submitted ideas by other users.

You can access User Voice from your 'My Apps' page, and then clicking the orange feedback button from the left hand side of the screen.

IIf this is a commonly used report, you could create an exact form which has your report embedded. We use this functionality in order to prepare reports which are submitted to external clients. We set up specific reports for each client project and created an exact form template for each. We keep a template exact form which is updated with the relevant QID. Ideally, we will come across a method to set the QID via a field on the parent (or grandparent) record (where the exact form is saved) and cut it down to one exact form. Until then, this cuts it. If anyone has suggestions, please send them my way!
