How do we have a landing page that is not in QB. We can import into QB automatically. Does Microsoft Access import into QB and how?

We need to create a landing page outside of QB. We have approximately 400-500 people that need to create an intake ticket. We need to automatically receive the informational once the ticket is submitted. 

If Access cannot be used, please give me some alternatives. We want to complete building the app by 9/30/2016 for the launch to our customers. Thanks for your help.

You can make a table in an app open to Everyone on the internet.  Typically you land them on a Dashboard page with instructions but basically only 1 Button to ADD a ticket. They fill out the form and then they are landed back on the dashbaord or else on the record they created, but on a form that is naked except a std message "Thank you for your ticket, we will get right on it" type message.

That is a native solution.
