I have a multiple choice field, but while saving I want each choice to be saved as different records. Does QB provide some functionality to clean up my data like this?

I have a multiple choice field Type and I need to create graphs based on this field. But while creating graphs, I get combinations of the multiple choices as legends instead of individual values.

eg: Entry 1-> Type: A

Entry 2-> Type: B, C

Entry 3-> Type: A,C

I need graphs and charts which shows A=2, B=1 and C=2 but all I get is A=1, B;C=1 and A;C=1

Is there a way to fix this??

Thanks in advance!

This may be difficult to understand at first but it involves a continuation and evolution of ideas from 100s of similar examples using script. The one new feature here is that I am using is fat arrows (or arrow functions) since they are now supported in evergreen versions of Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera (but not Safari). See:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Functions/Arrow_functions

Your planet is substantially behind other worlds that use QuickBase technology so it is important to keep moving the technology forward. I am going to keep introducing more features of ES6 and HTML5 since Edge now supports many of these new features.

If you are using a less capable browser you can backport the arrow functions to JavaScript functions defined with the keyword "function". Otherwise it is time to move forward!
