I have two created two forms "A" and "B". Is there a way to choose between these two when entering a new record in a table?

I could answer your question and will if you insist, but I strongly suggest trying to have just one form and use form rules to control the look of the form.  You must have 2 forms for two basic situations so I suggest that you have he user enter that first and the form will adjust.

The advantage of one form is that when you go to view the record, the form will be correct and you won't have to manually select which form to use.

How do you switch between forms?
You can make a URL  formula field in the format
urlroot() & "db/" & dbid() & "?a=dr&dfid=xx&rid=" & ToText([Record ID#])

where xx is the form ID number such as perhaps 10. The forms list would show the form ID numbers.

If you want to be in edit mode them it would be "a=er" in place of the "a=dr"

(action = display record or action = edit record)
