I would like to have clients update their own records

I have a question about having non-quickbase users update their records

So I have publishers where I keep information about their titles.  I would like to create some sort of 'publisher portal' so to speak.  They could fill out a form for new titles but also update their existing titles and contact information.  So they can create new and update old information.

However I CANNOT let them see other publishers information or titles, they can ONLY see their information.

I can't give them all individual logins because that would be in the hundreds and we can't afford that.

Any suggestions on how to do that?  What do I have to do or if this is possible.

You would likely need to create a web portal (website) of some kind and link it to your Quickbase app using api's, with logins for publishers on the website and queries interrogating and displaying the relevant information based on their login, and web forms to enter the data with buttons to submit the revisions or new records via the api. This too might be costly unless you have the capability of doing this yourself and I would recommend you contact one of the Quickbase partners that specialise in this sort of thing as there can be significant security risks if you do not set it up correctly. The Quickbase partners have a good amount of experience in this so would already be aware of any issues and be best placed to offer advice.
