This is for an audit of the Database.  We need to know the permission each role has assigned by each one of the fields in the database.

Thanks!

Hello Sergio,

I can help!  I have a python solution that does this.  The script scrapes this information from the application and deposits it into target Quickbase table.  If any permissions have changed from the last run, a new record is added.  In that way, you can watch the schema change over time.  I'm happy to share it with you.  I'm not looking for any compensation, but if you would be willing to provide me with candid feedback on it, I would appreciate it.

Also, I have a solution that monitors all activity by the user.  If an admin makes a change to the role permissions, it will be logged.  This solution supports global monitoring so it can apply to every application in your realm.

Feel free to hit me up in an email.  I would be happy to send it over and help you install it.

Sincerely,
