I currently have a database that tracks data requests that come into my department.  The primary form uses a field called [Requester] that auto-populates the user's name.  This occurs when the user creates a new request.  What I would like to do is make a new field called [Chosen Requester] which will allow the analysts to create a request for someone, but still have it tied to the correct source.
My issue is that I want [Chosen Requester] to auto-populate with the same user that would be in [Requester], but I want the option to have it as a User List that is changeable.  These fields will live on different forms.
Any suggestions?

There are a couple of choices.

One would be to have a form rule which says that when the Chosen Requestor is blank, change the Chose Requestor to the value in the field Requestor.  Set the rule to fire all the time and not just when the fields change, so uncheck that box at the bottom of the form rule.

The other option is to essentially do the same thing with an ACTION.
