I have a field fill with users. Now i want to able to sort or filter/conditional that user field based on latest logged in user.

The use case is when reception received lead and want to assign to some specific sales team. So he/she should assign to the latest active sales person.

Thanks

You will need to maintain your own separate table of Users, where the Key field is Userid.

Make that the Parent of your detail records, and then you can do a summary of the maximum any date/time field on any detail record.  But you do not have access to the login data for a user.  It would need to summarize from records in your application.

Once you have that summary field you can make a report to be users to choose reps based in a report sorted by that summary field.

You may need to have the users do  "Login" by updating their userid record in that table.  For example, push a button to login, and push another button to logout.. Or just change a multiple choices field to IN or OUT..
