Is it possible to view a list of all the recent Imports/Exports from the Database with the ability to delete segments instead of the entire App's data?

I have imported a 20,000 row spreadsheet from Excel with a field being blank that we forgot to populate on the flat file. Luckily we are still testing the system and processes so I just removed the entire App's data and uploaded the fixed flat file. If there is ever a mistake in the future, I want to be able to do another import and either overwrite the existing fields, or be able to delete particular imports based on the day it was imported.

To delete mass records, it is dangerously simple.  Just make a report with appropriate filters such as date created and Record owner and once you are sure you have the filters correct, use the More, then delete button at the top right.  You will get one last "Are you sure you want to delete 50,123 records" and then 1 more click and they will be gone.

To update existing record, you need to import  a csv or excel file with the Key field of the table or the record ID# field (often they are one in the same) and the single column to be updated.  Do not import other columns as they would get blanked out if left blank.

Your initial source data is not going to have the Record ID# field in it.  If that was the Key field of the table, then you will need to export your QuickBase table to excel and then mess around with =VLOOKUP in excel to coax the Record ID# into your import data, and then import the Record ID# column and the field to be updated column back into QuickBase.
