When checking where certain fields are being used, a Personal Report keeps coming up with an Owner of "Anonymous" - how do I remove that person/user?

There is no "Anonymous" on the Deny list or on the User list.

Thanks!

Hey Karen,

Do you have your app shared with an Everyone on the Internet user?  If so that's likely the source of the Anonymous user.  More on the Everyone on the Internet user here:

While I do have my app shared with Everyone and therefore see Anonymous users, I am also seeing entries for signed in users appearing under Anonymous as well. I have an extra field only accessible by authorized users - it will occasionally have data with a record owner of Anonymous.
If you were saying that the record owner or last modified by is anonymous, what that means is that a user that you think is signed in,  is fact was not signed in.

But then they went into the app and they were not challenged to sign-on so they didn't and hence they are coming in as an anonymous user.

So basically my theory is that well you may know from the know that a signed in user did the editing based on what they typed, I believe that at the time they get their entry they were in fact not signed into the app.
