Background color change when job is completed

We have a check box in our projects report that says job completed.  We would like to have the background of the jobs that are checked as being completed to become red so we know these projects have been completed without actually going into the project.  Does anyone know what formula I would use for this and where I would place that formula.

I assume that you man that you want to do what is called "Row Colorization" on a vanilla table report, ie just a list of jobs.

There is a checkbox near the bottom of the report for Row colorization.

An example of the formula would be

IF([Job Completed], "blue")

There is a great little app put up by Laura Hillier, another QuickBase Solution Provider, located here

if you want to use those codes, then it would be like

IF([Job Completed], "#E45E9D") // (pink)

I like to comment the color as when you look bad later who knows that #E45E9D is !

I find that red is so strong that you cannot read the words so I suggest not actually using "red".
