How do I make the PC (Project Condition) buttons clickable, so that I can select the condition I would like for each project?

I have the following formula for PC, but would like to make the buttons clickable. Can anyone please help me edit my formula?

What do you mean by clickable?  When you click what is it you want to have it do?

This formula is intended to show a single PC icon based on the existing status. What you'll need to do is have an Icon Key that shows at the top of your form, with each possible option. Most of the ABC Project Manager derivative apps in Exchange has this setup at the top of the Projects form. To have them setup as "clickable", however, would require that you incorporate the API into each possibility. My suggestion would be to have a separate formula-text field for each possible status that would utilize your icon of choice and then replace the Icon Key at the top of the form with these fields.
